Chris was awesome. We had a complex 2 floor, 2 staircase install where the stair carpet was inset and also undercut. It need an expert and someone who had attention to detail. Chris has both and did an amazing job - a real master who takes pride in his work! Professional in all respects, good value and did a great job of tidying up afterwards. Highly recommended.

Our family moved into a new home and immediately needed new carpets at short notice. After sending some dimensions and pictures Chris was able to quote really quickly and go through a number of options from underlay to carpet type and quality, which really helped. What was more he was happy to shuffle things to fit us in at relatively short notice. The quality of carpet supplied was exceptional giving us exactly what we wanted and what's more having a 400year old cottage with some very tricky brick lines and joins the finish is as good as I've ever seen. As a side note Chris was lovely to have around the house as well. Fast and clean when working but a good conversation when having a cuppa. Would 100% recommend

We have just had our hall/stairs & landing, along with a bedroom carpet fitted by Christopher James Carpets.
